    Yoga Therapy

 Restorative yoga develops a deep relaxation that will take you on a journey within to restore inner peace and to promote healing and well being. The use of supportive blankets and bolsters allows the body to rest, slowly releasing tension.

Yoga nidra a guided relaxation which promotes a state of deep relaxation with inner awareness, harmonizing your body and mind, releasing muscular, emotional, and mental tensions, and improving clarity, creativity and receptivity. 

Gentle yoga provides relief from stress, anxiety, discomfort and pain, fibromyalgia, and mental fatigue. It is excellent for those with physical concerns who require adaptive yoga.

Chakra yoga sessions explore the interaction of physical, mental, and emotional patterns with the body's energy system. Blockages or excesses of energy in the body can keep you from living in vitality. Improve you energy flow and begin creating a great quality of life and health.

Ball Therapy also known as "The Miracle Ball Method" designed by Elaine Petrone.  A simple method, placing the miracle ball under a part of your body and letting your weight rest on the ball.  Feel your body relax, improve circulation, breath naturally, release excess muscle tension, relieve pain and heal the body and mind.      

Embodyment®  a gentle hands on healing approach facilitating release of spinal tensions developed by Rama Berch (Founder of Svaroopa Yoga). You will be supported in a yoga resting pose allowing for the release of mental, emotional and physical tensions. Come experience deep release, peace, and the Bliss of your own true self.
